As a Department of Human Services Agent we offer you access to a “Digital Service”.
SELF SERVICE CHANNELS:
- Self Service Computers
- Phone Self Service
- Express Plus Apps
- Self Service Fax
What this means is our Agents will determine your business needs and assist you with channel choice and direct you to any of the above.
If your business can be completed via the self-service channels then this needs to be the first channel offered. Otherwise you may need to see the agent for further assistance.

What you need to set you up for self-service.
- My Gov Registration (may need to set up email account- we can help you with this)
- Linking of Members services (Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support)
- Downloading of Express Plus App and setting up four digit pin
- Registration for phone self service
Our Agents will help you set up your DIGITAL SELF SERVICE and help you get connected so that you have flexibility to carry out your business at home or here at the Centre.
